The reason why I started Personal Training was that I was having terrible migraines and knew it was somehow connected to my posture and body strength. I have achieved loss of cm, loss of body fat, increased body strength, improved fitness, and increase in general health and wellbeing.  NO more migraines’!!!!!!!  Each session with Lesley is different, makes training that more enjoyable. I can see and feel results.  I enjoy working hard at a session even though your body feels tired you also feel that you have really achieved something and the fact that I am investing in my health. For years I only knew the tread mill, swimming pool and the various classes.  Change in body fat, weight etc was an all time zero.  Within a month of working with Lesley there was a complete change, now a year and a half down the line I am still achieving results not only in my body and health but I finally got to know what the gym was all about.  The highlight and big thanks to Lesley was that I came to her with a migraine problem that was crippling my daily life, I had spent so much money on medication and visiting various specialists, but nothing helped.  Within a month of attending Lesley’s sessions twice a week, I said goodbye to migraines, and have not had one since.

Lesley makes working out fun. She always mixes things up and so every session is different and unique, with brand new exercises that keep you on your toes and never bored. She is good at providing a balanced workout so that no muscle group is over- or under-developed and your entire body shape changes rather than one muscle group getting bigger etc. She is fun to be around and makes getting up early in the morning something to look forward to. She is also really good at listening to her clients needs and keeps those in mind when planning her training sessions. This means you get a balanced, well-thought out workout that has been tailored specifically for you, with your needs and requests in mind.

My reasons for Personal Training were to maintain my weight and stay fit during pregnancy. I have gained little weight (6kg) during my pregnancy and feel confident with my pregnant body. My arms are more toned!  I have achieved my goals as I have reached the end of my pregnancy and am incredibly happy with my fitness levels and body shape. Lesley is friendly and has motivated me to exercise using different routines to keep it me interested. I look forward to my sessions with her and I feel that she goes the extra mile to diversify the training sessions and takes a genuine interest in her client’s life. I started with Lesley a year ago and my reasons for Personal Training was that I got tired of the same routine I was following week after week. I wanted to get in shape and stay in shape. Lesley has been a real rock for me for roughly 9 months. She has paid careful attention to my goals and tracked my progress towards those goals. I have trained with Lesley since November 2013 . During this time I experienced a left Frozen Shoulder and a right Rotator Cuff problem as well as unrelated allergies affecting my eyes. During this entire time Lesley stood by me and worked within my range of movement. She is extremely patient and considerate and at the same time pushed forward to achieve improved mobility and range. Lesley is extremely interested in my dietary decisions and has also stood by me when I started the Sureslim Weight Loss Programme. This has been a 8 month journey and my starting at a weight was 79kg and a goal of 65kg . Lesley is always interested in my progress all the time edging me on during training and with every weigh in.  I feel energised, strong and fit and I am incredibly grateful for the support given to me by Lesley.  She is an excellent Personal Trainer .I have worked with 2 people prior to Lesley in different scenarios and she has brought out the best in me.  Her knowledge and expertise are evident, and she is always willing and able to engage with physiotherapists and other specialists should the need arise.  This helps to integrate whatever is needed to ensure I am and remain fit, strong and happy.

I feel like Lesley is the perfect trainer for me because she is both a warm, sweet and understanding person and a serious trainer who expects dedication from her clients.
